10-year-old boys due in court for rape and murder

Two 10-year-old boys are due in the Ubombo District Court in Jozini today for rape and murder.
They are accused of raping and murdering the one boy’s 7-year-old sister, then burying her body in a shallow grave in the family’s yard.
The young victim was missing for two days and community members feared she had fallen into a long drop toilet.
Her body was discovered after community members came together and formed a search party.

Both boys are currently being kept in a place of safety in Newcastle as the community members of Jozini are said to be in a bloodthirsty rage.

Shock and dissapointment hovers over the community as the case is still being prodded.
