Vryheid Athletics Club – Breakfast Run/Walk an alluring adventure for athletes
Time trials are held every Thursday from 5:30pm from the club house at Pioneer High School for serious and not so serious athletes. All are welcome.
SATURDAY morning, January 24, was an early start to the day for the runners and walkers who participated in the VAC Breakfast Run/Walk.
The start and finish of the event was at the Swanepoel’s farm, where a delicious bring and share breakfast was also held. Once again, thanks to Wynand and Loumey for your hospitality and for reminding us how beautiful farm life can be.
Cathy Sandalls and Pat walked the hills of Bothas Hill on Sunday, January 18, in a good time of 1h20. Well done.
The annual Valentine’s Race from Dee’s Restaurant will take place on Monday, February 9, starting at 5:30pm. Registration will be from 4:00pm. Come and join in this fun filled event.
