When right of way goes wrong
The driver of the eastbound vehicle, who also had three young passengers with her at the time of the incident, attempted to turn right at the traffic light, into President Street.

The intersection of Church and President Streets became the scene of mild misfortune for two motorists who narrowly escaped injury shortly before 6:00pm on Wednesday evening, January 28.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear, but it is believed that the vehicle in the photo was travelling east on Church Street and another vehicle in the opposite direction.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle, who also had three young passengers with her at the time of the incident, attempted to turn right at the traffic light, into President Street, allegedly causing a mild collision between the two vehicles, leading to her vehicle colliding with the electrical box on the pavement and coming to rest precariously on the wall above the parking lot below.
KwaZulu Private Ambulance were at the scene. No one sustained serious injuries in the incident.
