Bayede set to tour Germany

20 MEMBERS of local traditional project Bayede took off to Aurich in Germany on Saturday, February 14 for their 2015 Germany tour.
The group received an invitation from the Choir New Tones project members from Germany who visited them in 2007.
They will be touring the country and performing at 20 different areas there.
Group members will also be doing symposiums at different schools in Germany and discussing major issues such HIV/AIDS, teenage pregnancy and many other issues concerning the youth.
The group received funding from the National Arts and Culture Department, who after seeing their talent, decided to invest in these local gems.
