It is believed he escaped during the fire that broke out at the Glencoe Prison.

According to Officials, “the prisoner, who was still clad in orange prison garb, was spotted this morning near the bridge on the Dundee/Glencoe road and officials rushed to the scene.”
Disaster Manager, Mr Zulu also joined the search and combed the area looking for the escapee.
