A sewerage spillage left Chick Chick Pets and Nursery owner, Barbara Caldecott, fed up when the municipality reacted after 24hours.
Mrs Caldecott claims she reported the matter three times and threatened to call the Courier.
On Tuesday, dry remnants of the sewerage spill covered the parking area leaving bits of toilet paper everywhere.
Mrs Caldecott has had leakage problems from the manhole for over three years. The sewerage sprays up, seeps into the yard, the backroom and destroys the plants. “It is disgusting,” she said.
There has been an extensive amount of damage to her plants.
