Alf Lees has fun in Parliament
Alf's speech, poking fun at President Zuma, goes viral

This video of our very own Alf Lees taking a humorous swing at President Jacob Zuma in a recent speech in Parliament has started to go viral.
Mr Lees is the DA Member of Parliament for the Uthukela area and regularly speaks on behalf of the DA as a member of the National Assembly.
For those non-IsiZulu speakers, here is a translation:
He is talking about President Zuma’s recent visit to Greytown.
Mr Lees says: “He (Zuma) was in Greytown with his friend Mavundla, opening a mall and he said he will be building his own mall in Nkandla. He quickly said he however does not have money to buy at the mall; does he think we are fools? Our people are clever; they can see he is taking us for a ride. They will see he is misusing our money.”
It is debatable whether the audience found it funny because of Mr Lees’ command of the IsiZulu language, which our translator described as very good, or found the content of his actual speech funny.
