It is, however, believed that two of the murder accused have confessed to the police.
Three people arrested in connection with the gruesome murder of Rekha Govender (30), appeared before the Dundee Magistrates Court on July 6.
Accused number one, Cassim Alijan (33), accused number two, Michelle Gaskin (29)and accused number three, Mohammed Alijan (29) all declined to apply for bail and opted to conduct their own defence.
The case has been remanded to July 30, pending further investigation.
They will remain in custody until their next appearance.
