Three appear for Browning Street murder
Police are awaiting the postmortem results.
Three people, arrested in connection to the gruesome murder of Rekha Govender (30), are due to appear in the Dundee Magistrates Court today.
Rekha was found brutally murdered in her home in Browning Street on July 2.
Three cellphones, bank cards, a dvd player, flat screen tv, jewellery, a navigator and some cash were stolen. Police later recovered some of the items.
It is believed that she was strangled with an extension cord and a knife was also found on the scene.
It is unclear at this stage whether she was also stabbed. Police are awaiting the postmortem results.
