Case remanded for Browning Street three

Tempers flared in court when the three murder accused appeared.

Tension ran high at the Dundee Magistrate’s court when three murder accused appeared this morning.

The three were arrested in connection to the gruesome murder of Rekha Govender (30) in her home in Browning Street on July 2.

Accused number two, Michelle Gaskin (29) requested for bail application.

Accused number one, Cassim Alijan (33), Michelle Gaskin and accused number three, Mohammed Alijan (29) all applied for legal aid today.

The case was remanded to July 31 for legal aid.

They will all remain in custody until their next appearance.
