If you’ve driven past the Victoria Street/ Karellandman Road traffic circle, you’re sure to have noticed the new billboard sign that has gone up.
If you have missed it, the sign now focuses on male circumcision and promoting safe sex.
The signs occupying the billboard, which is clearly visible to passing motorists, have caused controversy in the past.
At one stage it focused on ‘sugar daddies’ preying on young girls.
