The day will be filled with educational tips such as the correct method for taking medication will also be provided in relation with these following common chronic diseases:high blood pressure, diabetes and asthma etc.

Places to be visited by the Pharmacy Team: Dundee Hospital, ABH Old Age Home, Sakhimpilo Clinic, Dundee High School and Communicable Disease Centre.
