Budding scientists at Sifisosethu Primary

The school is extremely proud of their learners for flying their school flag high

Three students from Sifisosethu Primary School excelled in the Natural Science Olympiad. The students made their way to Pretoria on Tuesday, October 6 to attend the awards ceremony.

Miss N Mchunu, the student’s Natural Science teacher accompanied them. Abongile Ngqulunga and Celokuhle Dlamini were awarded first position in the girl’s category. Lwazi Shabalala was awarded first position nationally and second overall nationally. The learners received a trophy, certificate and a tablet, Miss Mchunu also received a tablet.

They stayed at the East Gate Garden Court Hotel before returning to Estcourt on Friday, October 9.

The school is extremely proud of their learners for flying their school flag high. The management team would like to thank the Principal, Mr R Shabalala for sponsoring tracksuits to the learners for the special occasion.
