Camp to inspire youth leaders

Discussions revolved around love, unity, HIV/Aids, heath care and contraception

The dedicated members of the Giving Hope Youth Organisation have embarked on a journey where a golden opportunity has become available for members to improve their knowledge and share progressive ideas with other youth developers in the Uthukela district.

The Social Development Department hosted an Uthukela District Youth Camp in the Drakensberg. The camp was a hands-on experience, aimed at educating the participants about pertinent issues affecting the youth.

Discussions revolved around love, unity, HIV/Aids, heath care and contraception. The youth members were also taken on an educational tour and all those who attended received certificates of completion.

Giving Hope Youth Organisation would like to thank Sikhona Care and the Social development Department and promises to inspire and share with others what was learnt during the youth camp.
