Pietermaritzburg organisation provides lunch

The Bisley for SA group, a spiritual outreach organisation, travelled from Pietermaritzburg on Saturday to host a Food for Life project in Colita.
The members were inspired when they saw photos of a Food for Life – Estcourt feeding project and contacted Chairperson Geshy Singh, wanting to sponsor a meal to residents in Estcourt.
Mrs Singh partnered with Ithembalethu Outreach Project and on Saturday more than 30 children and caregivers were fed at the Colita Community Hall.
In addition to a hot meal and juice, families also received a grocery hamper. “Our aim is to love all and serve all, so we go out and assist, hoping this would inspire others to do the same. There is a definite need in Estcourt and I hope more people can help,” said Devendra Heeralaal from Bisley for SA.
