A Total experience in the CBD

Fanfare and ceremony defined the launch of Total on Murchison last Saturday.

In the presence of guests, dignitaries and family, Rahim and Moonewar Kader cut the ribbon and unveiled the plaque to usher in their new business.

Despite the seriousness of the occasion, there was a carnival ambience in the air.

Entertainers on stilts, magicians and jugglers mingled with residents, close to where Mayor, Afzul Rehman, Total management and VIPs enjoyed an extravagant lunch.

The Kader family has been compared to the phoenix, by rising again.

From a state of destitution about 12 years ago, Mr Kader has rebuilt his economic strength and reaffirmed his status as one of Newcastle’s top business minds.
