Aunty Barbie is known for her generous embraces and jovial attitude to life. Together with her family, she hosted yet another fun day last Saturday at Lennoxton Primary School.

Together with her family, she hosted yet another fun day last Saturday at Lennoxton Primary School.

This annual event is always anticipated by young and old alike. Each year this prominent figure gives back to the community with the entertaining and lively event.

Games included:

Balloon bursting

Potato and spoon

Bean bag race

Water balloon

Donkey derby

Musical chairs

Tug-o-war

Hot dog eating competition

Ghandi walk

With tables plentiful of toys for the participants, even the losers never left empty-handed.

“The first place and last place participants will receive a prize,” insisted Aunty Barbie.

The senior citizens were not forgotten as a special Ghandi walk was hosted, and without disappointment, each participant completed the race and all received medals for their efforts.

A delicious meal was served by Aunty Barbie and her family, as a display of gratitude to everyone who showed their support.
