The results of the fund-raiser were astounding, as two trolleys of various groceries, as well as generous cash donations were received.
The Newcastle Advertiser together with Pick n Pay Scott Street Mall, held a Dare 2 Care initiative on December 5.
Following the first initiative which took place last weekend, residents did not disappoint. They supported the initiative to help those in need, and make their festive season that extra bit more special.
