Endumeni Local Business Forum launched
This structure will function only for three months and thereafter a permanent structure, which will represent all business people around Endumeni, will be set in place.
The Endumeni Local Business Forum was formed last Thursday at the Moth Hall by the youth of Endumeni. These young businessmen and women said they are tired of seeing outside people taking their jobs.
They emphasised that they will target all government institutions to ensure that they are recognised. The Chairperson elected for the interim structure, Melusi Ndima, said they will not focus on tenders but their scope will be on attracting big industries.
Many issues were raised including youth unemployment and awarding of tenders by various government departments. The interim structure was tasked to investigate all problems regarding employment and businesses.
