Sharaj Ambulance Services staged a rescue demonstration at the Lasec Community Fair on Saturday. The scenario was that a minibus had overturned, with patients trapped in the vehicle.

Sharaj rescue technicians and paramedics, along with Fire and Emergency and Carical Security, secured the scene before freeing the trapped accident victims.

Winners Jurie Engelbrecht and Ronel Purchase (whose birthday was yesterday) with Carien Catlett of the SPCA and Barry Sandy of the Golf Club
