Aloe Park holds annual sports day
Puma triumphed over the other ‘houses’ and emerged victorious at the end of the day

The pupils at Aloe Park Primary School took part in their annual inter-house athletics meeting on Wednesday.
Young athletes were seen getting their spirits high and warming up for the challenges ahead…
The athletics meeting saw only track events being held, as the learners contested the field events on Monday, May 9.
The pupils were divided into four ‘houses’, namely Puma, Cheetah, Jaguar and Tiger. Puma triumphed over the other ‘houses’ and emerged victorious at the end of the day.
The day started at 8am with a parade, and the track events were finished by 1.30pm.
The little ones were also given the chance to participate in the form of a sack race for the Grade Rs.
Trophies and awards were presented after a most enjoyable display of athletic prowess.
