Dundee High’s class of ’71 get nostalgic

The weekend was finalised with a fantastic dinner hosted by Dirk and Salome Froneman at their Lennox Guest House.

After 45 years, the hairstyles – like the music of the time – has changed… but the friendships made at Dundee High in 1971 remain constant. Old classmates got together at the golf club for a bout of nostalgia.

On Saturday afternoon, the group looked around the school to see all the old photographs and honours board in the school hall. The weekend was finalised with a fantastic dinner hosted by Dirk and Salome Froneman at their Lennox Guest House.
Past pupils travelled from Canada (Lallie Coetzee: Head Girl ), Cape Town, Gaans Bay, Jeffery’s Bay, Durban, Pretoria and Johannesburg to attend.
