Celebrating Diwali with lots of fun and games

The Young Hindu Cultural Service Society hosted a Diwali ‘Festival of Lights’ celebration at the new hall site on Saturday afternoon, October 22. The event was full of fun, entertainment and games for the whole family.

There was a Milk Walk, a Pick a Box and other competitions, fun family games and lots more. In addition, a variety of stalls sold different things to curious browsers.

The Prakash Orchestra and other artists entertained the crowd with the latest Bollywood tracks.

To end off with, a beautiful fireworks display took place.

It certainly was a colourful affair and a great celebration for all those who attended in the true spirit of Diwali.
