Life lost in armed robbery
1 person dead and another critically injured as robbers target spaza shop
Reports have come through of an armed robbery in the Burford area.
A gang of heavily-armed men robbed a spaza shop. 1 person was tragically killed in the robbery.
What was stolen is unclear at this time.
In addition to the 1 fatality, 1 person was critically injured and another sustained moderate injuries.
The gang of thugs fled the scene on foot. A massive manhunt is on the way.
EMRS and K9 officers are on scene.
