GALLERY: AON ensures a good morning
"We wouldn't be where we are without these women."
In appreciation of their contribution to the economy, AON treated businesswomen to lunch. The annual event, Women in business, took place at Avalon Guest Manor on November 3.
AON Newcastle Branch Manager, Paul Byrom said the lunch had started back in 2005, and the purpose of the day was to take some time and and show the AON businesswomen, as well as other businesswomen in Newcastle, that their hard work did not go unnoticed.
Guests were treated to cocktails and thereafter received gift parcels as a token of appreciation.
“Its our way of thanking them for not only their hard work, but for their support. After all, we wouldn’t be where we are without these women,” Mr Byrom concluded.
