Don’t miss the super moon tonight
This full moon will not only be the closest and brightest super moon of 2016, but also the largest since 1948
If you are fascinated by the mystery of the night sky and the moon’s waxing and waning, tonight (November 14) is the night for you. This full moon will not only be the closest and brightest ‘super moon’ of 2016, but also the largest since 1948!
However, you might have to set your alarm for the early hours of the morning, as the weatherman predicts cloudy conditions all through the night.
If you have the opportunity to see the moon through a crack in the clouds or you have the strength to stay up all night for a viewing opportunity, please submit any photographs you get of the super moon.
Photographs should have another object in them with which to compare the size of the moon tonight.
