Children’s home benefits from an act of kindness

In celebration of the festive season, new toys, clothing, shoes and jewellery were gifted to each child

The Mohanji Ladysmith organisation held a ‘Toy Story Seva’ at a children’s home in Ladysmith recently.

A Seva is defined as doing something good or an act of kindness.

In celebration of the festive season and Christmas coming up, new toys, clothing, shoes and jewellery were gifted to each child.

The little ones were also treated to face painting.

Healthy, homemade vegan burgers were wolfed down for supper, as Mohanji promotes a vegan, non-violent lifestyle to create awareness of the “torture and cruelty towards animals for the creation of dairy products”.

All Sevas conducted through the organisation are done through the ACT Foundation. As the founder of ACT, Mohanji aims to serve the earth through a single act of kindness every day.
