Not only did December 25 mark the birth of Jesus Christ, it also marked the birth of these babies that were born at Estcourt Provincial Hospital.

All four baby girls were born on Christmas day and were in a healthy condition with their moms.

Mom Farnaaz Essop with baby Ronaaz who was born at 3.10am on December 25.

Baby Asemahle Khoza with her mom Londi. Asemahle was born at 4.30am weighing 3.230kgs.

The medical staff of Estcourt Hospital welcomed the infants with songs, gifts, applause and ululating.

Father Christmas also made a special appearance to deliver the gifts to the moms and new babies.
