Malibongwe ‘aces’ matric with seven As
He achieved seven A symbols in the Independent Board Examinations in 2016

Malibongwe Mfolozi Dlamini of Dundee kept his town’s name flying high when he achieved seven A symbols in the Independent Board Examinations in 2016. Malibongwe completed his matric at Michaelhouse, a private school in the KZN Midlands.
He had started his high school career at Dundee High but his father, Reverend Dlamini, an Anglican minister, later moved his son to one of the top schools in the country. Malibongwe’s top results have enabled him to receive a scholarship to study computer science in California in the USA. Proud dad, Rev Dlamini, held a thanks-giving prayer ceremony at the family home in Strathmore Park attended by teachers, relatives and local Councillor, Thulani Mahaye.
