Irish donor funds school essentials for the needy

58 children received school shoes as well as school bags

A generous Irish donor, through the South African Catholic Bishop Aids Office made funds available to assist less fortunate school-going children.

The funds were handed over to Ithembalethu Outreach Project who set out to Wembezi on January 23. 58 children received school shoes as well as school bags.

Ithembalethu Outreach Project staff were met with overwhelming gratitude during the handover.

The team would like to pass heartfelt thanks to the Irish donor, the South African Catholic Bishop Aids Office as well as the care givers to the vulnerable children.
