Robbie Wessels performs in Ladysmith
Robbie, suffering from a bout of flu, still gave a brilliant performance which had people buzzing until 3am on Sunday morning

On the evening of Saturday, May 27, the Clover Leaf Ladysmith Bulldogs hosted the very popular “Leeu Loop” king, Robbie Wessels, at Platrand Lodge.
Throngs of people from far and wide came to witness the star in action. Jabu’s perfectly lit hall was filled to the brim with people tapping their feet to the likes of “Macarena Mambo, gym of all nations” and of course the well-known “Leeu Loop”.
Robbie, suffering from a bout of flu, still gave a brilliant performance which had people buzzing until 3am on Sunday morning!
The Clover Leaf Bulldogs would like to say a big thank you to Jabu Campher, and his staff, for being such great hosts and for the delicious snack platters which had everyone licking their fingers in delight.
The Bulldogs would also like to sincerely thank the Ladysmith community who joined us on a chilly evening and certainly made the event worthwhile.
The proceeds of the evening will benefit the rugby club and players for the remainder of the season.
