Shoppers find their perfect gift at pre-Eid pop up fair

In anticipation of the notable Muslim celebration Eid Al-fitr, a Winter pre-Eid pop-up fair was held at the Scott Street Pick n Pay Centre on Saturday, June 17.

Some of the items on sale included women and children’s clothing, toys, plastic containers, beauty products, arts and crafts, shoes, abayas, scarves and more.

Eager shoppers browsed each stall carefully before choosing the perfect gift for that special someone.

Educational children’s toys were also on show, as well as homemade venison biltong to tantalise the tastebuds. Fresh pickles and atchaar to accompany Eid dishes also appealed to many.
