This morning, emergency services rushed out to a truck fire on the N3 near the Loskop Flyover.

This would be the scene where they would spend most of their Thursday, attempting to extinguish the raging fires as well as treat injured people and transport the deceased to hospitals.

It’s been a long day for all emergency service personnel who are still on scene extinguishing the hotspots, diverting traffic and cleaning the road surface.
