More personal bests set at Time Trials

Reggie Nkosi and Pat Sibisi both set new personal bests as they finished tied with Spa Moloi in a time of 48m09s.

Ladies 2km Jog/Walk: Anri Maree was the only person to complete the event in a time of 17m03s.
Ladies 4km Run: Thobeka Mbatha set the pace in a time of 23m54s with Sanele Zwane coming in second in a time of 24m56s and Nthombi Sithole – 26m51s, finishing third.
Ladies 4km Walk: Dorea Coetzee and Zodwa Nxumalo both finished in a time of 35m14s.
Men 4km Run: Roy Zondo led home chasing the pack in a time of 17m57s with Sakile Dlomo – 19m07s and Fanie Mthembu – 20m46s (Personal Best) finishing second and third. Banele Sithebe – 21m24s came in fourth ahead of Bogani Myeni – 23m14s and Nathi Makhonza – 27m26s.
Men 8km Run: Ayanda Buthelezi – 28m27s pipped Bongani Sabelo – 28:36 by nine seconds to claim first. Joel Khumalo – 30m46s came in third ahead of Philemon Zondi – 35m32s (Personal Best). Reggie Nkosi and Pat Sibisi both set new personal bests as they finished tied with Spa Moloi in a time of 48m09s.
