Time Trialists push past their personal bests

A big thank you to Thobeka Mbatha for being time keeper.

Ladies 2km Walk: Luzanne van der Mescht finished in a time of 22m40s.
Ladies 2km Jog/Walk: Anri Maree finished in a time of 16m16s.
Ladies 3km Walk: Dorea Coetzee finished in a time of 28m42s.
Ladies 3km Run: Tholakele Ziqubu completed in a time of 26m08s.
Ladies 4km Run: Thabisile Phungula finished first in a time of 22m13s ahead of Ntombi Sithole – 28m25s. Fundile Buthelezi – 30m39s and Thabisile Ngema – 34m32s both set new personal bests.
Ladies 4km Walk: Zodwa Nxumalo – 33m09s also set a new personal best ahead of Sam Ngobese and Lindiwe Nladando who both finished in a time of 41m00s.
Men 4km Run: Ayanda Buthelezi led home a chasing pack in a time of 13m59s ahead of Bongani Sabelo – 14m08s, Lindani Vilakazi – 18m42s (PB) and Banele Sithebe – 19m09s. Khulani Nene – 19m19s and Fanie Mthembu – 20m36s both set personal bests ahead of Siphiwe Malinga – 21m09s.
Men 4km Walk: Siya Ngobese – 41m02s beat out Reggie Nkosi and Zwelihle Duma by a second as they finished in 41m03s.
