A Career Day was held at Acaciavale Primary School (APS) and MC Varman Primary School on Wednesday morning last week.
The Grade 7s from each school gathered in front of prominent businessmen such as lawyers and doctors, as well as police, Public Safety and emergency officials.
The speakers addressed the children, explaining more about their jobs and the qualifications needed.
The learners were grateful for the opportunity to learn more about the various careers this world has to offer, as they are determined to finish their schooling career and successfully enter the working world in the profession of their choice.
The schools would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the business people who came to address the learners.
