Learners of St Dominic’s Newcastle participated in the Cultural Eisteddfod recently.
The following results and awards were received:
Art
- Peggy Hsu – two Triple Golds, one Double Gold and one Gold
- Aphelele Ndlovu – three Triple Golds
- Omera Ramdharee, Sri Ramdas and Cherry Cheung – one Triple Gold each
- Michaela Claasen – one Double Gold
- Lwazi Mashinini – one Gold
Music
- Cherry Cheung received a Level Three certificate in her Grade Six Piano Examination for Music Performance, from the Trinity College of London
Ballet
- Jade Pienaar received two Golds and Megan Morgenrood received one Gold and one Double Gold for a group item.
