GALLERY: Cheers to a jubilant time at the beer fest

Offering the best in barley and hops, the festival kept everyone in high spirits despite the rain.

Torrential rain did not dampen the spirit of beer lovers on Saturday.

In association with Champ Marketing, Tree Tops held Newcastle’s first ever beer festival.

Offering the best in barley and hops, the festival kept everyone in high spirits.

With a festive spirit flowing, the big attractions were Jonathan (Rikus de Beer) from Radio Raps, and the All Blacks versus the Springboks rugby match on the big screen.

The event was a success, with residents enjoying the entertainment.
