Congratulations to Mason Meyer for being crowned the 2018 Club Match Play Champion.

After a number of games having been played on both Friday and Saturday, the winners of their respective games went through to play the semi-finals followed by the finals on Sunday.
Congratulations to Mason Meyer for being crowned the 2018 Club Match Play Champion after beating Sifiso Kunene 5/4 in the Men’s A Division final after first overcoming Kevin Donaldson in the semi-finals. Sifiso looked to be a worthy competitor for the final after easily defeating Henk Booysen in his semi-final match but Mason played a solid game to win his second Match Play Champion title.
The ever-consistent Cyril Mkhwanazi proved a worthy winner of the Men’s B Division by comfortably defeating Willie Maritz, who was the winner of the previous week’s Stroke Play Champs.
The Ladies final was closely contested between Debbie Catlett, who won the Ladies Stroke Play Champs the week before, and Lorien De Wit, with Lorien managing to hold on to win the match on the 17th hole to be crowned Ladies Match Play Champion.
