Time Trialists get back on track

Time Trials are held every Wednesday at 5:15pm at Dundee Junior School. It is free to all!

Ladies 2km Run: Lethiwe Mathonsi – 10m47s, Smangele Thwala – 10m52s and Samkelisiwe Msezane – 11m08s.
Ladies 3km Walk: Joyce Shabalala and Thobeka Mbatha both finished in a time of 29m45s.
Ladies 3km Run: Thembi Mthabela – 25m55s and Queen Sisibi – 25m55s.
Ladies 4km Run: Zanele Mncube – 22m48s and Kholiwe Buthelezi – 26m03s.
Men 4km Run: Lethukuthula Kunene – 13m42s, Ayanda Buthelezi – 14m17s, Bongani Sabelo – 14m32s, Lindokuhle Nyembe – 14m54s, Xolani Mbatha – 14m59s, Sandile Sithole – 15m46s, Andile Ntombela – 16m06s, Ntokozo Msomi – 16m38s, Nqobani Majozi – 17m15s, Pat Sibisi – 20m56s, Bob Khuzwayo – 22m48s and S Lamula – 25m30s.
