The Club has loads of wonderful social events coming up…starting this Friday!
This past Saturday a number of Dundee Bowls Club members travelled to Pongola to compete in the annual Pongola Winter Tournament.
This is a well-supported tournament with teams from all over Northern KZN competing for the top spot. The Dundee team of Hans and Louisa Vreken, Lyn Dippenaar and Sheryl Hesom played exceptionally well and in so doing earned themselves a number two spot overall.
The Club has loads of wonderful social events coming up…starting with this Friday, the Club will be hosting a bingo night. All welcome, bring your family and friends and enjoy the evening with us.
Starting on Thursday, August 2, the club will be hosting a Super Knock Out Challenge with a R500 entrance fee for a team of four (two registered bowlers per team), the first eight teams to pay in full will qualify.

The Rotary Business League starts on September 3 and will run for three nights a week until September 20.
This was a hugely successful initiative last year and the Club, together with the Rotary Club of Dundee, look forward to achieving new heights this year.
On November 3-4, the Club will be hosting its major tournament of the year, the annual Friedman Tournament. Bowlers from all around the country descend on Dundee to compete in this prestigious tournament. This is definitely one to diarise.
Something else to look forward to in November is an interesting challenge that will be taking place and all for a good cause too.
