André van Wyk from Navi Redd will also be among the crowd, but will he be singing or running?
Please remember, parkrun starts at 7am. Times are taken from gun to finish so please be at the start in time. With the holidays coming up, go to the national website to find a parkrun event near your holiday destination. Barcodes can be used all over the world.

Even if you do not participate as a runner/walker, you can be a volunteer worker and also earn yourself a T-shirt for your effort. Come and join us at the Vryheid golf club for free running/walking and volunteer training.
