Vryheid golfers come tops in the regional BMW GCI Dealer Golf Day

VRYHEID golfers, Lynette Smit and Ryno Crous, took part in the First Round Regionals of the BMW GCI Dealer Golf Day for Supertech Newcastle at Vulintaba Country Estate on September 18.

Flying the Vryheid flag high, Lynette Smit won the Ladies’ Division and Ryno Crous won the Men’s A Division and both went through to the national round, subsequently taking part in the BMW Golf Cup National Final, which took place at Pezula Hotel and Championship Golf Course in Knysna on January 28 and 29.

Lynette Smit finished third in the Ladies’ Division and Ryno Crous came third in Men’s A Division.
