Henry and Marie – simple recipe for happily ever after

'Christ is our core and we look forward to many more blissful years."

Henry and Marie Rotol are well known in the area – Henry as a top carpenter and pastor at the Potter’s House Ministry, while Marie has seen to the hairstyles of more ladies at Salon Dawn than she cares to remember.
The couple met in January 1972 and were married two years later on June 1, 1974, in the Dundee Anglican Church. They have been blessed with a son and daughter – both of whom are married – and three grandchildren.
The Rotols have a simple recipe for a long, loving marriage: “The secret to a long marriage is learning to understand each other, tolerance and patience. And with Christ as our core, we look forward to many more blissful years.”
