DHS orators impress judges

The semi-finals of the annual Rotary Public Speaking contest took place at Hoërskool Richardsbaai.

On Tuesday, April 2, Ayaz Bhula, Tasheel Sevpersad and Chirag Singh travelled with Mrs Sewmangal to Richards Bay to compete in the semi-finals of the annual Rotary Public Speaking contest which took place at Hoërskool Richardsbaai.
They competed against both public and private schools and after a gruelling decision-making session among the adjudicators, DHS was placed second in the competition. Well done to these young orators who made the school proud and held the DHS name high.
