Following the community protest that is currently taking place in Ekuvukeni with regards to service delivery and subsequent stakeholders meeting to address the situation, uThukela District Municipality has appointed three service providers to undertake construction in the area.
This was announced during the stakeholders meeting that was held in the Alfred Duma satellite offices on Tuesday (April 16).

Announcing the contractors, Acting General Manager for Water & Technical Services Mr Sanele Zikalala said that Klomak Contractors have been appointed to refurbish the sewer plant that was vandalised some time ago.
