Naptosa offers observer training to members

Naptosa members were invited to an interactive workshop conducted by the Executive Officer, Rishal Juguth, at Estcourt Secondary School on April 9.

Important information on the crucial role observers play in the promotion process, was disseminated to members as they were motivated to apply for promotion posts.

Key areas such as professionalism, confidentiality and ensuring fairness was emphasised. Members also raised pertinent questions and invited Mr Juguth to conduct a workshop on CV writing.
