Every year the Grade 11’s get to enjoy a day out in the sun with their favourite teachers. It is a way of getting outdoors, enjoying each other’s company and creating a sense of teamwork for the year ahead. They left early on Sunday morning to travel to the Drakensberg to test their endurance and enjoy the scenery. They were accompanied by Mr and Mrs Devereux, Mr and Mrs Kelbrick and Mr and Mrs Vogel as well as Miss Bondesio. The guides took them through the whole procedure of the zip lines and they were on their way! It was an amazing experience and the learners enjoyed 12 zip lines overall. The highest being 65m above the ground and the longest being 180m.
