Estcourt Secondary School hosted its fun-filled annual fête

DJs for the day Tony Dlamini, Sellwyn Shaw and Sphesihle Mkhize had the crowd dancing to their beat.

A festive feeling was in the air at the Estcourt Secondary School (ESS) fête on Saturday.

Brightness Vezi and Xoli Mntambo with the chocolate-covered pops that enticed buyers.

Learners shrugged off their uniforms and supported the school’s annual fund-raising event.

Enjoying the day at the Estcourt Secondary School fête are Zanele Mazibuko, Phiwo Dlamini, Senamile Zwane, Lungile Ndhlovu, Sindiswa Madlala and Kwanele Mneviwane.

Amid the food and socialising, there was also face-painting, sport, plants, music and camaraderie.

Educators Tariqsha Jogie and Sanisha Sirijan at their stall.

A lively atmosphere prevailed at the school and the beautiful weather raised the spirits of those who attended.
