Market Day
The Grade 7 classes from Drakensview Primary School held their Market Days recently. Each market was a busy hive of selling and buying.

A wide variety of foods and goods was available to the enthusiastic customers. These Market Days are held to allow the learners to put into practice what they have learnt during their EMS lessons, with the emphasis being on entrepreneurship.

Naptosa Readathon
Drakensview participated in a well-organised Readathon which showcases the local school’s best readers. The school received a trophy for being awarded the most first positions in the competition.

Soccer
Drakensview played two matches against Hamilton Prep from Ladysmith. The results were 3-1 to the Under 11s and 6-1 to the 13s. The players and spectators had lots of fun.
